Cancellation Policy

1. Time Frame for Cancellation: Customers are required to provide a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations. 2. Cancellation Fees: Customers who cancel their booking with a minimum of 24 hours notice will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a £30 charge. 3. No-show Policy: Customers who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged the full service fee. 4. Rescheduling: Customers can reschedule their appointment without any additional fees if they provide a minimum of 24 hours notice. Rescheduling between 12 to 3 hours before the appointment will incur an additional £10 charge. If customers wish to reschedule after the team has arrived for the booking, there will be an additional £30 fee. 5. Refunds: A full refund will be provided for cancellations made with a minimum of 24 hours notice. 6. Weather Conditions: In the event that weather conditions prevent our staff from conducting the service, customers will be offered the option to reschedule at no additional cost or receive a full refund, even if the notice is short. 7. Exceptional Circumstances: We recognize that unexpected situations can occur. In such cases, cancellations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Depending on the specific circumstances, we may offer full refunds.
