1. Introduction

By using the services of "Get a Splash!", you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please ensure you read them carefully before availing of our services.

2. Booking and Payment

Customers are required to book their car wash service through our website or via phone call. If booked online, full payment is due at the time of booking. if booked via phone, full payment is due on completion of the service, by cash or card.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Customers must provide a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations to receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a £30 charge.
Customers who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged the full service fee.
Rescheduling with a minimum of 24 hours notice will not incur additional fees. Rescheduling between 12 to 3 hours before the appointment will incur an additional £10 charge. If customers wish to reschedule after the team has arrived for the booking, there will be an additional £30 fee.
 

4. Service Guarantee

Customers are advised to inspect the work immediately upon completion. Should there be any concerns or discrepancies, they must be communicated to our staff at that time. Our team will make efforts to rectify any identified issues promptly. Once our team has left the location and the service is marked as complete, "Get a Splash!" will not be responsible for addressing any subsequent complaints or concerns, regardless of whether the customer conducted an inspection or not.

 

5. Weather Conditions

In the event that weather conditions prevent our staff from conducting the service, customers will be offered the option to reschedule at no additional cost or receive a full refund.

 

6. Data Protection and Privacy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. Our use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website.

 

7. Liability

"Get a Splash!" is not liable for any damage or loss resulting from services unless caused by our negligence.

 

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and by continuing to use our services, you agree to be bound by the updated terms.
